Parade of 1956 Home Plans #6: Beechwood, OH

 Here is more proof that an custom architectural house need not be large to be stylish.  The floorplan takes advantage of the sloped grade to provide a walk-out basement, a very popular commodity in the mid-century midwest.
 The house seems to have been greatly modified over the years.
