Retro slides: Ulm, Germany, 1989

The Ulm Münster (minster) is not, in fact, a cathedral, despite having the tallest church spire in the world.  And stranger still, I don't seem to have a picture of it.  I did, however, climb to the top.

The Rathaus (town hall) is covered with fanciful murals. The astronomical clock was installed in the 1500s.

This wonderful old structure is the Schiefes Haus, built in the 15th century, now a hotel.
